About Me

My name is Jaroslav Rajtora and I am the founder of CZENGO Network, an initiative focused on strengthening civil society, cooperation in the public interest, and open dialogue across institutional, civic, and international environments.

My work is guided by the belief that trust, responsibility, and long-term service to the common good form the foundation of every stable society.
For this reason, I focus on connecting public, private, and non-profit perspectives in order to create conditions in which meaningful cooperation and genuine long-term value can emerge.

Part of this path is also the gradual development of the Ambassador's Residence CZENGO — a calm space intended for meetings, professional dialogue, and public-benefit activities.
Both the Residence and the CZENGO initiative are emerging naturally and without ostentation as long-term efforts grounded in continuity, credibility, and service to society.

I do not believe in quick solutions or short-term visibility.
I believe in patient work, integrity, and the gradual building of institutions that matter not only today, but also for future generations.
